Blog about "the office" spotlights real client liabilities

"That's what she said," is a new blog which has been developed by Julie Elgar, an attorney at the US law firm Ford & Harrison in Atlanta and who specialises in respresenting management or company officers that have been sued by their employees or former employees.

So what's the blog about? She takes the (US version) of the sitcom "the office" and assess what the 'antics' might cost a real employer in terms of workplace lawsuits.

A great piece of marketing. It's served to raise her profile among executives who watch the show when they get home at night - and laugh nervously about how such a thing would surely never happen in their office... would it?
